Pushing to the remote is overwriting the historical data, meaning old data is displaying.

Data is etl'd overnight, so a push to remote doesn't have fresh data until the following day- need to decouple the data fetch from the web server

This corrects overnight but is still unacceptable

Bikes data was checked Monday 18/11/19 and it was updated
