Create a chart for the trolley stats as per the email from from Olly:

'Three times daily at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. acute hospitals report the number of patients awaiting admission to an inpatient hospital bed. The system known as TrolleyGAR enables daily monitoring of ED performance and helps trigger the hospitals’ response during busy periods. Gar- refers to Green Amber Red and > 9 hrs refers to the number of patients waiting over 9 hours on a hospital trolley for admission to a ward'

Data is accessed by date from a web form which would in principle be scrapable: http://137.191.241.85/ed/

It seems to be available back to some date in 2012.
