Review and address CTS-related formatting issues #332

CTS needs to figure out the following formatting requirements:

  1. Use of "/" and "or"
  2. Spacing around "/"
  3. Capitalization: sentence case (only first letter capitalized)
  4. Use of "onsite" or "on-site"

While addressing conflicts or clarification, BuildingSync should document its own formatting rules to improve the workflow for mapping with other tools.
