[6/16/23] Add GHG to example notebook

We decide to not to add GHG notebook example for these reasons:

1. Emission use case is tentative and subject to change for now
2. Notebook example is not required for the use case
3. New emission elements are not published in current schema release, so adding this to schema repo would cause version issue.
