I didn't know whether I had to update the CHANGELOG.md
or whether that's done automatically. It's not in the contributor documentation :slightly_smiling_face:

I'm not quite sure either how it would be done best. We could either use conventional commits and generate the changelog for every release, or we could say that everyone should update the changelog themselves (which would allow for potentially more informative changelogs). What do you think?
I'm all for option 2. Changelogs generated from commits are bad for end users. Adding an entry for relevant changes is so much better.
The AUR package has been moved into the Arch
extra
repository.
