One word answer template #335

@croozeus @opticod Can we add a template enabling professors to create a simple question answer application? Quiz template allows the users of Quiz app to select one of the multiple options shown. The "one word answer" template shall allow apps containing questions with no multiple options to select the answer from. If not another app, can we add a text field in the Quiz template, allowing professors to not offer multiple options and expect the answer directly?

Looks a nice feature to add in the Quiz. So how are you going to add the single question option in the quiz template? If your implementation looks good, we can add this one. Thanks.
