The app still shows 24 hour delay after publishing tender #13

When a tender is published, the user is redirected to the dashboard and they see a notice that "Your request for tender has been submitted, it will take at most 24 hours before it becomes accessible publicly" This notice should instead say: "Your request for tender has been published. Share this link public.tenderswift.com/24-proposed-works with anyone you wish to submit a bid for this request."
