can we get configurations for villagers?

they seem to be a Performance sink in heavily modded Packs.

both are from the same server

server 1 with randomly spawned jobless villagers: https://observable.tas.sh/p/mz57 and server 2 with a normally generated village: https://observable.tas.sh/p/txGC
