Adds neutron radiation as a secondary (and slightly more penetrating) radiation emitted by fission reactor cores. In addition, breeder fuel rods require moderately high levels of this radiation in order to operate in a fission reactor. At least for now neutron radiation shows up in the HUD display measured in neu/s, since there doesn't seem to be an official IRL unit for neutron flux.
