Conversion Rates #87

This may not exactly be an issue, but more of a question.

What are the conversion rates based on (ec. FE to MJ = 10 and FE to EU = 4). Is there any rule to that, or are these just values that you've chonen?

I think they are the same values from mekanism, but honestly don't recall where we got them from.
