8 years ago Both suggestions are already planned, I even have a missile model waiting to be implemented that will buff shaped charges. The crafting table for warhead making it already in the mod. Though nothing is implemented to use it at the moment.
We also have several other missile types planned. Including a drill missile, laser missile, teleportation missile, phase missile, etc. Which will also solve the bunker problem as long as you can find the bunker.

If people would play pvp with this mod I'd imagine everybody will be living underground to prevent being discovered by other players, and current conventional warheads can't do much if everybody lives near bedrock. So I'd suggest adding shaped warheads that will point all energy at a certain direction, and some kind of bunker killer that will dig itself underground and explode at desired depth.
I was also thinking about some kind of player-designed warheads system, so that players need to actually design stuffs like a 2-stage fusion bomb: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermonuclear_weapon#Public_knowledge_concerning_nuclear_weapon_design This will give the mod more flexibility = more fun, also warheads mentioned above can also be achieved by this way.
