They don't appear to be registered in EntitySpawnPlacement or in any of the biome lists for deserts. At the minute they just appear to be an entity that can be spawned creatively, but not naturally; I assume that wasn't intentional?

We plan to add more Lizard Doggo types, spawns will be added then.
