Strategy:

• Offer freemium model for BV Go where user can use basic functionalities for free
  • Add booking to calendar
  • Record guest payment
  • Record expenses
  • Invite one staff
  • All data is saved on-device
• Offer advanced functionality for exclusive partners
  • Sync data to cloud
  • Invite unlimited staff
  • Automatically add booking to calendar (Channel manager)
