this file cannot be exracted

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

If you are reporting a file that does not extract properly, please attach
the file in question, or provide a link to it, so the problem can be
reproduced. If you do not, the problem can not be fixed.

Also make sure you have tested the latest version of the program. (Use the
Downloads tab above to find it.)

I don't think that is an archive of any kind. Or do you have any idea of what 
files it is supposed to contain?

Hello
the file I wanted to download is called Tise and it is supposed to enable
me to type Tibetan characters. You can read about it here.  http://tise
.mokhin.org/ Evidently I download a Tibetan font called Jomolhari [done],
and then using a western keyboard, I type in using the Wylie
transliteration scheme and the Tibetan characters display.

I wondered if it was a Mac / Windows problem. I am using Mac OS X 10.5.8

Yes, it seems likely that it only works on Windows.
