extracting files to STDOUT? #713

a few apps use the extract to stdout including mcomix
https://sourceforge.net/p/mcomix/feature-requests/72/

it would help a lot for user with linux if their repo doesn't have unrar due to 
license issues (and stuff), so if unar is able to extract to stdout, those apps 
would be able to use unar and it would mean that those user wouldn't have to 
search the web for a unrar rpm/deb :D

small correction, unrar 5.00 from command line is as slow as unar, just about 
5mb/s, but unrar 3.60 beta 6 (inside unrarX) is faster. Not sure what's with 
this o.O but has to do something with mavericks..
