Ability to unrar broken rar-files #731

Hi! When I have just one part (i.e. the first one) of a rar-file the unarchiver 
should be able to unrar that first part. Other tools can handle this (e.g. 
BetterZip).

Assume you have the first part of a rar file. The last time I tried to unrar 
the first part it was not able to unrar it because it was asking for other 
parts. That's the issue I meant.

Other tools like unrarx do this without problems.

If you just click through on everything, it should unpack as much as it can.
