Extract destination dialog path should be same as archive #735

When you set option "Ask for destination folder" it should automatically use 
archive's path as start path for extraction dialog.

For example if you click on ~/zzz/yyy/xxx/archive.zip it should open dialog 
asking where to extract with  ~/zzz/yyy/xxx/ as path. And then you can navigate 
to ~/zzz/yyy/target_folder/ easily, and not traversing back from previous 
location.

Right now it uses just last path you extracted to.

It would be great to have this as an option in preferences (or just changed 
current behaviour).
