lsar: wrong date for ARJ archives #813

Hi,

The following bug was reported to the Debian bug tracking system as bug 774011:

The file in the attached ARJ archive was modified on 2014-12-10, but
lsar shows 2022-04-08 as the date:

$ arj l moo.arj
