Minimap position wrong when going back to fullscreen #100

I don't know whether this is useful to you or not given that you intend on doing a rewrite but, currently, going from windowed to fullscreen will misplace the minimap. It can be workedround by using the big map option---changing it will position the map correctly from that point on.
