Radiator fan control #4

Current plan

Have a dashboard switch that goes directly goes to the radiator fan control input on the engine. Manual control. Possibly: add an input to the Arduino to see when the fan is on.

Future possibility

Add radiator fan control output back to the Arduino. Output appropriate signals to control the radiator fan, probably dependent on radiator temperature.

This is currently directly operated by a switch under the dashboard.
