Suggestion: Add some post-install steps about configuring printer to readme #21

It would be helpful to add some steps for what needs to be done after successful install. Particularly Extruder1 x/y offset setting, but maybe there are others I don't know about? PID tune for example, which is already documented.

X/y only write in the macro. For other read the official Doku
