[Enhancement] Analyze and Convert (if possible) Home Page to Vue Application

this will sound a bit silly, probably, just keep in mind to sort them alphabetically, how they are sorted now. 😺

@mubaidr I don't see any benefits to this, the GH pages site is pretty simple and it doesn't require javascript.
