"Active" Players Displayed in Rankings #20

Only show players in weekly rankings who have played games in the past 2 months (can iterate on this definition)

The rankings page should have a toggle for all players, graduated players, by class year, active players, etc so that site users can view "Top Sophomores" or "Top graduated players" or "Top active players (default)" on the rankings page. Then users can filter rankings using our Player data! This could also promote competition in the sub-rankings much like the George/Henry sophomore battles from last Spring.

@jeremydanielfox Let's see if we can work in a slick looking front-end so that this page is working nicely

@KaighnKevlin Do you think we should keep online rankings updated to only every Friday once we launch publicly? We should keep it as is now for testing but may want to do that eventually. The top of the page can say "Rankings last updated Friday... some date / some time"
