GetHistoricalStatsForAccount returns "UnhandledException" | Code 3 #155

This endpoint (/Destiny2/{membershipType}/Account/{destinyMembershipId}/Stats/) nets me nothing else than errors now. I've tried this some days ago and it was working well. Am I missing something?
