Weapon property is wrong? #1904

Weapon <2187717691 "Circular Logic">'s PlugSet <1828402432> (.sockets.socketEntries[3]) points out that all its perks are currentlyCanRoll: false. They are all expected to be roll-able.

This is a known issue tracked on the game side. The D2 API content should update when the issue is resolved.
