Some characters that have Legend of Saint-14 emblem equipped does not return emblemPath and emblemBackgroundPath properties #350

Hello,

The endpoint https://www.bungie.net/Platform/Destiny2/(membershipType)/Profile/(membershipId)/?components=100,200 does not return values for emblemPath and emblemBackgroundPath properties when the user has a character that has the emblem Legend of Saint-14 equipped.

This is not always the case; but it happens for some players. Since this emblem is quest-bound; maybe characters that did not complete the quest; but received it from the collection of the player are somehow complicating things? Just a foresight.
