Destiny2.GetClanLeaderboards return incorrect values for statid=lbFastestCompletionMs #439

It would seem as if the lbFastestCompletionMs stat for the clan leaderboards includes times for events that were not completed (such as when happens when a fireteam is returned to orbit after all dying in the prestige nightfall).

This has not been tested for all game modes but it certainly seems to be true for modes 3 (Strike), 16 (Nightfall) and 18 (AllStrikes).

Ah, yes - this is likely due to the bug we're experiencing related to this data in general. I'll check on it.
