Official companion app shows all Season 3 clan banner perks active #477

DIM correctly shows them as not-activated.

I noticed on other items that the same “all perks are shown as enabled” behavior occurs, not just the clan banner but also legendary weapons.

May be related to the same bug that caused masterwork slots to not show proper status, but I'll have to investigate before I know for certain.
