Clan rewards milestone show incorrectly incomplete for under max level player #690

I don't have enough data to know if this is universal, but XBL Goblin Force this week has acquired 5k XP on all 3 chars. For his lvl 50 char it shows as missing, as we'd expect for a completed milestone. His other two alts, both under level 50, show a zero percent complete milestone remaining. The clan rewards milestone is hash 3603098564, the clan XP progression hash is 540048094.

I'll take a look. When you play in-game, are you able to make Clan progress with these alt characters?

I'm taking this 3rd hand from a clan leader, but my guess is, no, they're capped. As the user is very clearly stuck at exactly 5000K weekly XP just like a normal person. I just added out Personal Clan XP to progress on my site to help out that clan leader (told him to check the progress if he was worried), so you can easily see the problem comparing here: https://www.d2checklist.com/1/Goblin%20Force/progress and here https://www.d2checklist.com/1/Goblin%20Force/milestones

FWIW, the use case here is clan leaders of small clans that are working hard to make sure every member completes their weekly bounty in hopes of levelling up their clan in season.
