Finalize the logger instance #5

This helps defend against malicious software from changing the logger instance to something harmful, such as a logger with the name "haha butts".

Note that this does not completely disallow the changing of this value, that would require a hard dependency on EvilNotchLib to solve.

Could this please be merged? This is a major security flaw.

Thank you good sir, I was afraid someone would replace my logger with butt jokes. But now that it has been fixed I can continue on developing this fantastic piece of software, without the burden of such a harmful flaw.
