The animated .vtf will not export #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Importing the file
2.Selecting animated
3.Clicking convert to .vtf

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see a bunch of command prompts popping up like what happens when 
you create a fading one, but when i click convert, nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.2 Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
When i do a fading one, it runs perfectly fine.

To add to what happens, it lags a bit, then nothing.

Also, this is the file, if you need it.
