PMP Beach plants are not plantable on TFC Sand #9

PMP beach plants that are generated on sand pop off during terrain generation and are not plantable on TFC sand.

Communicated with PMP dev. The soil types supported are dependent on the blocks being built on the block.dirt, block.sand and block.gravel. As TFC extends its own Block.Terra there is nothing we can do to fix at this time.

Reported to PMP dev, he has indicated that it will not be fixed as his primary focus is 1.8. Only an issue for really old worlds.
