Added text-flame-helium.svg to branch helium-dev_text-flame-helium. #11

This is the text-flame-helium.svg that I created. It is bold in the first half and regular in the second half with the flame hovering over the l.

You are proposing to put this file in the root directory bl-img which will install to usr/share/images/bunsen. bunsen-images currently installs grub, lightdm and desktop background images in grub/, login/ and wallpapers/default/ respectively. What would the user be expected to use text-flame-helium.svg for? I think it should go in a subfolder, for example one of those that bunsen-images-extra installs to, for example icon-avatar/. In fact, maybe ship this file in bunsen-images-extra instead of bunsen-images?

Yes, but I don't think it really belongs, by itself, in the root folder of bunsen-images. Who would use it there?
