Added a way to work with SonataAdminBundle if needed extending it's form twig template and also fixed README.md formatting at "The KeyValueCollection" section.

Thanks @robhunt3r. Can you maybe add a little piece of information for people who don't use sonata admin bundle? For example that they'll have to implement the scripts themselves? And then probably with a referal to this: http://symfony.com/doc/current/reference/forms/types/collection.html

I would recommend to merge PR. Took me ages to find the solution when using sonata admin
