Need to establish process/workflow and schedule for article publication:
Requirements
[ ] set publication interval (2 weeks would likely be ideal), define start and end of interval and guidelines for exceptions (holidays, emergencies, etc.)
[ ] set deadline for topic selection
[ ] determine timeline to first draft
[ ] select first draft reviewer, before first draft is complete (include selection of secondary reviewer in case of limited availability)
[ ] set timeline to completed review from completion of first draft
[ ] establish timeline author has to revise
[ ] before publish draft is ready, selection reviewer (not same as first draft reviewer wherever possible, include secondary)
[ ] set timeline to completed review from completion of publication draft
[ ] publication draft returned to author for final review (any major changes must be justified and be feasible to deliver within the set deadline), 1 day or less for final edits
[ ] final draft and any relevant assets delivered to web team for publication before deadline
