Bot Docker image

use python-slim as BASE
minimize footprint as much as possible
ideal to work on both ARM (Raspberry Pi) and x86
- maybe start with image for each
  - [x] ARM image
  - [ ] x86 image
configure Volume for persistent logs
Build and test

- [ ] x86 image

Initial Dockerfile and compose.yaml added in b55fee457aabfd0b8266dc4e9ccfa6b04dfbf764

Dockerfile is operational and is currently active, compose.yaml needs to be updated and tested. Volume configuration not yet verified, but recommendation made by @capsulecorplab was to use specification like this instead.

Docker is running on RPi3B but have not yet tested on x86
