Proposed Changes

Update Gulp from v3 to Gulp v4
Fix arising issues from upgrading to Gulp v4

I believe the fact that this project does not run properly on newer computers will deter people from contributing to the project, especially newer developers who may be intimidated with the errors that arise from Gulp v3 not being able to run properly on newer node versions as Gulp v3 has been deprecated.
