Just went to the front page... 2 mins for the full load.. 10 seconds for DOM elements and 16meg page weight...
That page I know it's wordpress but it's hypothetically the first page that people see of the site.
Those stats are are not great for either accessibility or for SEO. LIke you obviously have some concern on both.. AllInOne SEO and Monster For GA...
One instant win would be to not just pump screen shot directly onto the website.. Most screenshots you would be far better off converting to Jpg before uploading. PNG are great for somethings.. This is not one of them.
