Doctor Fell in Water Problem #1

It seems I can only use this once per server restart. It only works again if I restart the server or restart the resource. If I try it a 2nd time, it just says the doctor fell in the water, even if I'm nowhere near water. Is there a cooldown or something?

Actually, if I relog to the server it resets without having to restart the server. But that still means you can only get 1 revive per player session.

There was a misspelling in line client 82 "Config" was missing the "g". Works fine now. Great script!
