ICCCM (I believe) specifies a way to "own" the role of a window manager, and a way to ask the currently running window manager to shut down and be replaced.

Wingo needs to support both of these modes, particularly if it ever has a prayer of running in a DE.

Done. Wingo works fine with KDE in limited testing.
