"@list" external parameter list

Hi, is there an equivalent to xsv cat --output out.csv @list.txt to support fetching parameters from a separate file?

e.g.: when using cat to assemble a lot of splits.

• Every single split is listed in list.txt

  split1.csv
  split2.csv
  split3.csv
  …

• The above command is used to assemble the splits from the list into out.csv
