Added a new run_repeat.bat batch file that runs the wallet in a loop, as many has requested how to do that.
Also made a compile.bat file for those who wants to compile but do not have anything installed to run .sh files.
The existing windows batch files look like just one big line in notepad, which is probably an editor many windows users use. I added windows style line endings to the new files that ONLY are used with windows (batch files).
Also added an option in conf/nxt-default.properties that instructs the wallet to print out deadline information if a miner submits a deadline that is below some threshold. printout is like this
