INSPIIRED Maintainer #10

Hello, is there currently a Maintainer for the INSPIIRED platform? I am encountering several issues trying to execute the pipeline.

I ping'ed John Everett re recent queries that are unanswered. He had not gotten any alerts - maybe sent to an older email account. He said he would check. He is off this week, so I'd not expect a reply till around 4/12 at earliest.

Hi everyone,

I apologize for the delayed response, an older account is linked to this repository and my colleagues brought the recent issues to my attention. I am traveling this week but will review the issues when I return April 12th. Issues with the CONDA environment are known. We have a collection of Linux R source packages archived for this project which we will make available as a potential path forward for satisfying the required environment.

@chasberry Would you be able to ping John again to ask him to revisit the linux & R package workaround? @helixscript @cnobles

Hello @helixscript and @chasberry, have you found a turn around? I have the VM working, but I have not sufficient memory to run with my samples... I'm trying to build a docker image (or so, to use with singularity in my institution's HPC), but I would be superuseful if we have access to the workaround!!! (I've tried several times the conda env but I didn't work, I kept on having dependency errors)
