As we have had 16 cats in our life so far i can I ask a few questions so that if I can tell you if there is something in common with what I have seen?

First question is he hiding in places and being sick there? Is he have diarrhea or barfing? Is he not eating?

If you are not comfortable telling me what's wrong with the cat you can try going to vet because I think the cat is bit old and losing a pet hurts a lot. You would be sad for around 3 to 4 months and you would always miss him like you listen him meowing in your head wait for him to come to you but would realize he is not here anymore.

My cousin saw her cat having fever and gave him human napa. And it died within 2h. And she has never been normal and able to forgive her. So if possible take her to vet. It should cost around 2k but believe me the pain it would cause if he dies would be much more than some money.

If you go to the vet ask for vitamin pack for pets it comes in orange pack like saline packet. Then take some and put it in his food while you are mixing it.

About Bangladeshi vet they sometimes doesn't look deeply about the problem. And they would just suggest things that can be wrong (there might be good vets that's can tell the exact problem). And also they might try to sell you cat food. Do not buy cat food. It's not that different from normal food. In developing country they don't really eat all parts of chicken so they take the weste part and grind them and add some flavoring that cats like with some basic nutrients that cat need. With vitamin pack you can almost get the same effect. But once you give your cat cat food they sometimes doesn't like eating other food demanding cat food only. Your cat might have experience having a hard life so won't be that demanding but some cat who has been in home all there life would demand stuff like that and won't eat anything else.

If it hurts it means that you loved him a lot and took really great care. In life we are tested naa. So and you loved him so much there nothing more you can do.
