3_2015 Test_Cycle_<closest SBA District Office> #49

The default zip code entered was wrong (not sure where it was coming from though).

When using the browser back button, I got "AJAX HTTP request terminated abnormally ... path:/views/Ajax?zip=33101" This was not a fatal error since I could still go back though.
