In general, I found the header sections to be too long for the site to display much content, especially in landscape. I typically only saw down to the search bar in landscape, without having to scroll. The agency logo header in particular seemed longer than need be in all cases. The amount of white space could be minimized so that more content will fall above the fold.
On the first try, I also had a header for an app (?) that took up valuable top screen real estate, until I finally closed it mid-way thru the testing.
