[Bug] Graphite & coal coke conflict

Issue Description:

Conflict between Coal coke from ElectroDynamics and graphite from ER

Both Charcoal and Coal

What Happens:

Crafts one or the other Server reboots can cause mayhem

What you Expected to happen:

craft one or the other. .

Possible fixes:

• Make coal coke come from smelting, Graphite blasting

  vice-versa

• Remove electro dynamics coke in favor of other mods (Easier)
