It is nothing secret in the config file, so we might as well have just have it in git. Could keep the existing config.json, but only specify COUNTRY_CODE there. That way we would know how to get the correct config from /config-examples.

[x] Convert the json-configs to .ts, so that we get type-safety (same way as xx-text-variables.ts
