QuantumDeveloper commented 9 years ago

Implement VS like top/bottom/left/right side panels with possibility to hide/show them to increase free space if needed.

QuantumDeveloper commented 9 years ago

@ButchersBoy is there any chance to see this feature till the end of the year? :)

ButchersBoy commented 9 years ago

Can't say for definite...but I will say that now that Material Design In XAML Toolkit is bedded in quite well I will put some focus back into Dragablz.

ButchersBoy commented 9 years ago

OK, this is next in line now. Question: are you using Material Design Toolkit? As already discussed dont want to go down a full docking route, but do something in line with what we already have. ...just weighing up my options...

QuantumDeveloper commented 9 years ago

I am not using material design toolkit, but its not a problem to start using it)

ButchersBoy commented 9 years ago

OK, thanks.

My first job will be to get vertically oriented tabs working a bit better...support is 85% there at the moment, so will get that finished.

QuantumDeveloper commented 9 years ago

Ok, thanks for that

@ButchersBoy Hi. How the thing are going about this feature? :)

ButchersBoy commented 8 years ago

...something coming soon...

ButchersBoy commented 8 years ago

I think I said "before Christmas". I am on track:

dragablzsidepanels

Checkout the "SidePanel" demo in https://github.com/ButchersBoy/DragablzSamplez

There is no right-hand support just yet, and you have to use the Material Design theme.

QuantumDeveloper commented 8 years ago

Hi @ButchersBoy Sorry for the late response. Implementation is good, but seems its not complete. Did you stop working on Dragablz or should I still hope for some improvements regarding side panels?

ButchersBoy commented 8 years ago

I havent "stopped" working on it...just my focus is elsewhere ate the moment...hopefully I will have to time to make a concerted effort to get it to version 1.0 at some point...

QuantumDeveloper commented 8 years ago

Hope it will happen soon :)
