6 years ago @quadmanfly I appreciate your concerns but as you can see by the diff you offered up here there are a lot of conflicts because we have started to diverge in a few aspects of the codebase.
So what we are going to do is look into cherry picking some of the fixes from upstream and bringing them into butterflight after we finish our current RC.

6 years ago @kidBrazil Really? You banned me from your slack? Why? Apparently for trying to help.
This morning I asked what I thought was a legitimate question about a PR with the goal of alerting you in case you didn't know. Apparently I didn't know the history and you explained. So fine, no problem. Then I said I had to go to work and would be back later.
Then on my lunch break I go to log back in and find that I'm banned. Only thing I can figure is that apparently I made the fatal mistake of commenting on some of the negativity that was coming out regarding Betaflight and I guess Raceflight (but I still don't fully understand that). So apparently the result of that is to summarily ban me rather than discuss.
Overall sad for the project as I had some ideas/discussion for OneryD about the pid controller since I think he missed some things. If you're going to ban anybody who asks questions or challenges assumptions then you're going to have a very uninteresting project indeed.

6 years ago @quadmanfly Neither I nor any of the mods banned you... so I am not sure what you are talking about.
Can the devs please help work on this? Butterflight is getting super far behind and will become irrelevent if we don't make the effort to stay up to date.
According to this pull request butterflight is 262 commits behind and every day the problem becomes worse.
Without staying current butterflight is becoming nothing but a tool to support the helios flight controller at the expense of every other fligth controller user!
